Welcome to Chisos Grill

At Chisos Grill, we have incorporated that Southwest style into our menu offerings of Steaks, Seafood, Chicken, Pork, Burgers, Sandwiches, and much more. We offer only natural meats that contain no antibiotics, hormones or preservatives and most all of our seafood offerings come from either the Texas Gulf Coast or are farm-raised in Texas. Our menu also offers a wide range of gluten-free options.  If our customers can be believed, our homemade gluten-free burger buns are “the best ever” and our flourless chocolate cake is “to die for”!!

We make a conscious effort to source our menu ingredients locally.  That philosophy stems from our belief that local sourcing will lead to fresher, higher quality food served.  Buying local is also a commitment to support local farmers and food providers, as well as an effort to operate our restaurant in a more environmentally responsible way.

Locally sourced products are also available in our Ghost Bar.  We offer over 30 beers, 25 spirits and 20 wines – all from the state of Texas.  Our entire cocktail menu features exclusively Texas sourced spirits blended with fresh juices by our experienced bartending staff.

We believe we have created a warm, casual and inviting dining space that is perfect for almost any occasion – be it lunch or dinner with friends, family, business or just Happy Hour.  Our inspired menu and hand-crafted cocktails are sure to win you over.  Our friendly service, attention to detail and local ownership that truly cares about your dining experience will keep you coming back.
